Spot On started inside the Forres taxi market. We knew the operators, we knew the licensing rules, and we knew which drivers were good for which kind of work. The recruitment side grew naturally from there.
Most national driver-recruitment platforms have no real picture of a small region like Moray. They cannot tell you which controller will hold up under a busy Friday night in Inverness, or which driver knows the routes north of Forres in winter. We can, because we work the area as our home market.
That decision shapes the day-to-day. We run real local screens, not just availability checks. We ask about local knowledge, licensing history, and the reasons someone is leaving their last operator. The shortlist is small because the screen is honest.
Across the work we focus on permanent placements. Holiday cover and weekend overflow is a different game with different metrics, and we are not the right fit for it.
You will not be passed between a sales person and a delivery recruiter. The person you speak to first is the person you speak to on the day a driver starts. Context stays in one place, and so does accountability.
Spot On is anchored in Forres and works actively across Moray, the wider Highlands and into the Inverness market. The team has been built to operate locally first, with site visits to operators where they help a search.
